Ruth Anderson Horrell: I Will Be Competing

Last week, as she was preparing for the 2013 CrossFit Games, Ruth Anderson Horrell felt a strange pain down her neck while doing some handstand walks.

After getting scans a few a days ago, it’s been revealed the dual Games competitor has suffered a few small disc bulges in her spine.

The good news is they are quite small, and following days of extensive treatment and rest, Ruth Anderson Horrell has now decided she will compete at this year’s CrossFit Games.

Check out her video above where she talks more about her injury and how she’s managed to deal with it over the past week.
